I’ve never seen such an immature and incapable executive leadership team and find it sad about a couple of really bad behaviors that existed. 1) they fed off of everyone’s perceived weakness to position themselves above others. If you don’t have a weakness they will “create one” for you to make themselves feel better. Really who stays behind after a meeting or runs into someone else’s office after a meeting to discredit someone or something about someone that they didn’t like. So many offline conversations and deals are being made in the hallways that meetings are pointless and only result of this bad behavior will always breeds a level of distrust with their staff. 2) There seems to be this level of ungratefulness for any recommendations and progress for the business. Many interactions are met with, “I don’t like this and this is not how I see OUR business.” How ungrateful and disrespectful this management team remained during the course of my employment and grateful to have moved on... So unless you don’t mind to have your ideas shot down, your credibility attacked by their immature and insecure thought process to the point of mishandling you and others around you, I would stay clear of this company far away…

Favoritism, nepotism, childish, stubborn behavior from UPPER MANAGEMENT is ridiculous. There is no human resources department/person, but a "representative" that is the bulk of the problem with this company. In most places, you go to HR when someone creates a hostile work environment. Who do you go to when HR is the who creates the issue? Going above them doesn't help when they are related to the CEO and President of the company. The audacity of someone to tell you how you should manage your personal life, and revolve your personal life around what they think you should do. While we all need jobs, personal, family life should not have to take a backseat because people don't know how to manage properly. I've never seen a company that promotes that they value their employees, when it's the complete opposite. No incentives, no bonuses, no raises or praise for a job well done, no company picnics, the benefits are terrible. NO 401K matching...why invest your time in a company that won't invest in your future?
