      There's high turnover in drafting for a reason

      401K, health insurance, unlimited seltzer water

      Cons

      Problems flow downhill and it's hard to do your job when you have to clean up after other people. It's very telling when on Fridays sales is mini golfing between their cubicles and drafting is staying late.

      We are sorry to hear about the issues you described while employed here. At New England Lab, we strive to provide great customer service and solutions for our clients and internal employees. We have recently implemented new training programs, which require our drafting and PM teams to attend training sessions and workshops together to gain an understanding of each side of the project process to better support and communicate across both departments.
