      Pros

      Salaries and benefits are above average for the area. The office atmosphere is friendly and fun. They hire intelligently and there are many good people to work with.

      Cons

      Lack of product vision and execution from management keeps the company from being successful. As with any startup, you will be pulled in multiple directions.

      Pros

      There are a lot of reasons I came to work for them. Mainly the level of talent that works there. Engineering, Sales, Support are all reasons that customers stick with them. They are honest and have a great product.

      Cons

      The same management chain has been in place for a long time and sometimes loses vision of the long term. Investors and change in product direction has caused a lot of loss of good talent.
