      Pros

      My experience with this company has been great. I have experienced and watched how the company has evolved and the people of this organization are great, the opportunity is there for people to grow their careers. There are many people who have been with the company for many years, which I think speaks volumes to the culture. Those people have grown their careers from entry level to executives within the company, so yes! there is room to grow and excel for the right person who wants to put in the effort and be a team player. Nothing but good things to say about Neocase!

      Not much to share for cons. I've enjoyed my time with Neocase.

      Pros

      You can work remotely Your coworkers are nice.

      Cons

      -Benefits are well below average. -You will get basic training in France and then you will lead projects on your own with very little support. -You will struggle with the product, its bugs and the stupid promises made by the sales team. -You will have no power. All important decisions come from France. The US team has no power. -You will put in the hours, you will sweat the small stuff, you will go the extra mile but your career will not grow.

      Pros

      Flexibility to work remotely but then they hardly had room to accommodate everyone, always cash flow issues!

      Cons

      Worst run company I have ever worked for. Unhappy customers, huge issues with the software, no support, long hours, french company, clueless management
