You will work with people who are not only professionals, but genuinely nice! You will work with people who are different than you in all kinds of ways. You will work where you want to work, remote or in the office. You will work for cool clients on cool projects. You will go as far as you are willing to work towards.

Cons

Be prepared to take the initiative or you will struggle to keep up. This is a job for people who are self motivated. This can be a con for some people, but for people who are ambitious, this is a pathway to advancing.
