Salaries are fair, flexible work environment, growth opportunities

Cons

Management undermines staff when they don’t support employee decisions to brokers. Apparently if you are a well connected broker here, you can get your way whether it’s in the company’s interest or not. Management should stand behind the employees and not undermine their decisions.

Fairly good benefits like vacation time, 401k matching, and days off around holidays. Theyre also generous in paying for educational classes and even grad school!

Cons

Kind of behind in things like "work from home days" and open floor plans within the office. Management is a bit disconnected from the res of the employees.
