      Pros

      Fast paced technology company operating within all major app markets. Great people and teams. Awesome benefits of a high tech culture located in Minneapolis and Sartell Minnesota.

      Cons

      Ever changing policies from external sources made for a rollercoaster ride that you either learned to love or dreaded. It is what is to be expected within the technology vertical.

      Company has no future.

      Great people work there. Culture + values are fine -- as outlined on paper. (They just aren't lived.)

      Cons

      No future. No work-life balance. Unrealistic goals. Terrible employee morale. Laid off nearly half the company within a year and a half. Now, 4-5 people quit every month. Many people quit just to quit (no other project or start-up lined up) because they are so burned out. Vision is to work with game app developers, but no idea how to build relationships with them and majority of apps company supports are not game related.
