      Pros

      Great people work there. Culture + values are fine -- as outlined on paper. (They just aren't lived.)

      Cons

      No future. No work-life balance. Unrealistic goals. Terrible employee morale. Laid off nearly half the company within a year and a half. Now, 4-5 people quit every month. Many people quit just to quit (no other project or start-up lined up) because they are so burned out. Vision is to work with game app developers, but no idea how to build relationships with them and majority of apps company supports are not game related.

      Pros

      NativeX has a great culture and is a fun place to work at. Lots of opportunity and smart people. Lots of opportunities to grow. No micromanagement and lot of freedom.

      Cons

      Past restructure was quite painful but its getting better after it was acquired by Mobvista.
