      I met Steve online and decided to work for him

      Pros

      I found myself in a position where I had the opportunity to work to work as a carrier compliance rep for a handful of companies over the country, I could've went to a few places, but Steve was just better online (social media personality), and he has interesting ideas and wants to keep growing. So far so good, about 16/17 months in right now.

      Cons

      I guess since we work remotely, communication could be better, but it's organized quite well.

      Boss' Most Common Advise is "Figure it out"

      Pros

      I gots to learn the freight industry. I got too work from home and play with my dog. I got to stay home and be around my son more.

      Cons

      I didn't get no raise at 1 year. Boss said there are bonus opportunity, but I haven't seen one in 10months. Boss will go on vacation and push all of his work to who is below him, for zero increased compensation. You will have to do quoting, booking, tracking, any inbound call questions any point in the day. for $17/hour. To much work for to little pay.
