      Good honest company with decent pay and a good product.

      Pros

      The company invests in the employee's training and benefits. Great network of project support throughout the company. Popular product brand name in the metal building a metal roof industry in Texas.

      Cons

      Limited room for advancement. Small group of coworkers at the individual branches. At each branch, you are far enough away from the corporate office that the branch manager can run the store as he sees fit with little to no objection from higher management as long as the store's numbers are good. With this, it's great if your manager is a good team builder and manager. If your manager isn't, then it can be a very bad experience since the manager's actions go relatively unchecked.

      Pros

      Great hours, Monday through Friday 7 am - 5 pm, typically no weekend work, pretty good work relationships, shop manager is competent and worked well with people and their needs or personal issues

      Cons

      Not much in the way of advancement, compensation was decent but not very competitive, day in day out is routine and mundane, not a whole lot of mental challenge or thought provoking work

      Pros

      Health Benefits. This is the only benefit of working at Mueller Environmental. I mean there are none other than this.

      Cons

      The turnover is the highest I have seen anywhere. The owners do not value their employees. They have no respect for any employee that works there. They are treated like they own them. It was a terrible experience all around. If there is a hurricane or natural disaster be prepared to be at work no matter what it takes. There is no sick time and little to nothing PTO if the owners let you take it.
