Pros
Great hours, Monday through Friday 7 am - 5 pm, typically no weekend work, pretty good work relationships, shop manager is competent and worked well with people and their needs or personal issues
Cons
Not much in the way of advancement, compensation was decent but not very competitive, day in day out is routine and mundane, not a whole lot of mental challenge or thought provoking work
