Leadership encourages transparency and actively seeks feedback. Everyone has a chance to voice their opinions and contribute to company direction. The option to work remotely have significantly improved my productivity and overall happiness

      Still hybrid working arrangement, good teamwork and working culture in the company. Good supervisor who are willing to guide and train you properly. I hope this company can continue to grow.
