      Pros

      Days off were the best to be away from that disgusting unprofessional environment.

      Cons

      Overall the coworkers were very nice to work for. Certain people there you had to watch your step with because they were the chosen ones who would " rat "on you if they didn't like what you said or did. Overall it is walking on eggshells everyday and management loves to pull their workers in their offices to shut their doors on you to interrogate what you did wrong and punish you for all your wrong doings. This is what they do best at and they love to pick at anyone who were the weakest links. Covering up and pointing fingers is what they do best at and if you are not their favorite "pet" consider yourself a done deal everyday.

      Salary and benefits are good.

      Cons

      If you are not a long-term employee, constant criticism and judgement that is not given equally. Pick on the weakest employees--those with no back-up. No loyalty to employees and no rewards for doing a good job.

      Pros

      Great work environment and culture, my manager is busy but makes time for me, good benefits and fair pay. I'm looking to move up in this organization.

      Cons

      The company always did a nice job with parties and celebrating. Due to COVID, this has been put on hold as they are following all CDC guidelines. I hope we are able to do it again very soon.
