Let me preface this with the fact that my coworker when I started told me 8 people had left within a year. Makes me the 9th. Probably one of the worse companies I’ve worked for. Horrible management. Favoritism. If you aren’t white or one of the manager’s favorite minions, they either treat you like you’re subhuman and/or hound you for everything you do. Can’t take breaks or exist in peace. Company would probably do better with more compassionate managers. The favorite employees get away with murder but you’ll get hounded for breathing wrong on your work. Truly came into this job expecting a better experience but was deeply disappointed. MANAGERS are constantly talking about others and gossiping, which is super unprofessional. Very bad disposition and attitude from management . Coworkers form a little clique and don’t include other coworkers. Just overall unpleasant experience. Mental health definitely took a toll, I never dreaded walking into work more than this place. Honestly never felt compelled to write a review on a job until now. Very unhealthy environment with little pros to overweight the cons. Recently acquired by a new company so protocols are all changed. New system that is awful. Company audits every account you touch. Very little training. Majority of time is spent rescheduling appointments even though they have a scheduling department because authorizations aren’t complete in time. IT is also awful, constant phone and computer issues. Computer systems are super old. Also, cleaning services barely clean the work areas. Very dusty and dirty. You have to clean it yourself almost daily. All I can say is think carefully about taking this job. Don’t be the 10th.
