      Gained a lot of knowledge about the product because you’re working in the factory.

      Cons

      Unprofessional/Dysfunctional work environment, dated processes, no clear path for career growth. The pay was not competitive for this industry.

      There as a lot of exposure to the manufacturing process with mill production & able to learn a lot. Good networking opportunities if you travel to meet with customers.

      Cons

      The culture is not very progressive and it is a male dominated culture. There is rarely an opportunity for advancement.
