      Fast-paced, real-world experience in handling social media for a big-name digital company. You won't be sitting idle from day one, you're involved in the grind. Cross-functional exposure: Working closely with designers, writers, and regional teams teaches you the full 360° of digital brand building. Autonomy is high. If you're proactive and solution-oriented, you'll thrive.

      Cons

      Workload imbalance during transitions. When key team members leave (like a designer), the redistribution of work isn't always planned or fair. Over-reliance on manual sheets and trackers, which can drain time from strategic execution. Expect to multitask a lot. There’s no spoon-feeding, and the pace is demanding.

      As a designer for branding and digital campaigns, I’ve been able to pitch, storyboard, and execute campaigns using AI art tools, motion design, and even 3D illustrations. Shivani Ma’am encourages us to pitch bold ideaseven when clients are conservative. I led the visual concept for a crypto campaign that’s now being mirrored by competitors. That felt good.

      Last-minute ad-hoc design asks during weekends can disrupt flow.
