Management makes you feel like your job is on the line if you have one bad month Not allowed to simply work from home if you aren’t feeling good or have a doctors appointment and required to take a sick day

Decent benefits, but overwhelming workload and poor leadership

Decent health insurance and benefits.

Cons

Mandatory office days, chronically short-staffed, leadership is absent or overwhelmed or both, more work will constantly be added to your plate as employees leave and aren’t replaced, mandatory weekend shifts, very few opportunities for advancement. The company is losing money and their way to solve it is by laying departments off every 6 months and setting unrealistic expectations for employees who stick around.
