Pros

MoLo is a fun place to work with a young, energetic team and a lot of motivation built into the culture. There’s a strong learning environment, especially for people early in their careers, and you gain hands-on exposure to the logistics industry very quickly. That said, the team is largely made up of people straight out of college who are still figuring out what they want long-term. Because of that, expectations can be high, hours can be demanding, and it can take time to realize whether compensation truly matches the effort being put in. While sales offers high earning potential and uncapped commission in theory, the current logistics market makes that more challenging right now. Overall, it’s still a solid company where you can learn a lot, build resilience, and develop strong industry knowledge. For many, it serves as a valuable stepping stone and foundation for future opportunities.

Cons

Favoritism can exist in some environments. When someone is strong-willed, outspoken, or brings their own ideas to the table, it can sometimes be perceived as a challenge rather than initiative. That dynamic can affect how support, opportunities, or leads are distributed. In many cases, access to leads or opportunities may be influenced by perceived performance, alignment with leadership, or assumptions about long-term commitment. When those factors aren’t in someone’s favor, it can limit visibility and opportunity — which directly impacts results.
