      Looks good from the outside, but............

      Pros

      Pay & benefits...some co-workers. The values are great, if only they would follow them. Some of the new technology is helpful.

      Cons

      High turnover due to poor leadership. Leadership has their "favorites"..."good ol boy" system. Becoming more and more numbers driven. Not much room for advancement. Values are good, but they dont adhere to them. Very culturally insensitive, and lacking in diversity.

      Pros

      Positive Culture, important mission, pleasant people, incredibly committed associates, smart coworkers, good communication from leadership; recently recognized by the Tennessean as a Great Place to Work

      Cons

      Some inexperienced managers or unavailable due to workload; lots of changes due to changes in healthcare so be ready to be flexible with change. If you are not agile you'll be frustrated.

      Pros

      This company pays very well and their benefits are excellent. The idea that this company works off of is great but they can't exactly tell you how to implement it, vague objectives with no definite way to reach goals.

      Cons

      This company lacks in training, one person will tell you to do it this way and the next person says oh no that's not right. Difficult to get direction on how to do your work the rules are constantly changing sometimes with out any communication. If you offer advise or ideas BECAREFUL they will take it as criticism and will call you out on it. Don't copy the behavior of management because the same rules do not apply to you as an employee. Grace does not apply to lower level employees.
