      Hybrid role in Chicago IL

      Cons

      You meeting your KPIs and annual goals do not determine your raise and bonus. If your manager does not like you, you will not be promoted within the organization. Many managers belittle you. Also why most of the “vets” have only been there for 2 years or less. Witnessed many discriminatory behaviors and HR did not do anything.

      Worst job I’ve ever had

      Doctors were kind of nice

      Cons

      Management was a nightmare. I’ve never been belittled by another person like I was the “office manager” here. The doctors were cold when you first start out, which is understandable since their turnover is really high.
