Pros

4 day work week is great

Cons

poor management that assumes that every employee is proficient and properly trained. Company is owned by a private equity firm that cares only about short term profits It's only a matter of time they will run the company into the dirt, at company wide meetings all the CEO talks about is profits, profits while employees get zero raises oh yes the will throw in a few pizza parties but pizza doesn't pay the bills. Very toxic environment. very clicky if you are not part of the crowd you will be very lonely.

Pros

Great coworkers who are passionate about what they do. Management is working hard to take advantage of growth opportunities. Lot of opportunities to grow within the company, either in your current role or into other department.

Cons

Some employees wearing multiple hats. It would be awesome to bring more employees in to continue building on our great team.
