Company is owned by a private equity firm that cares only about short term profits It's only a matter of time they will run the company into the dirt, at company wide meetings all the CEO talks about is profits, profits while employees get zero raises oh yes the will throw in a few pizza parties but pizza doesn't pay the bills. Very toxic environment. very clicky if you are not part of the crowd you will be very lonely.
