Pros
they are a small team and office so it feels close knit and you can get a chance to get to know everyone and be close. they have snacks and drinks for their employees and do fun celebrations or lunches for birthdays. management is very flexible and understanding of anything you have going on and will work with you. i enjoy working here
Cons
they don't really offer to work from home but they can be flexible, the team can learn to communicate a little better with each other but overall it is not that bad
