I learned so much

Pros

A extremely busy environment, fast paced, the Windsor’s and chef Ryan are wonderful to work for. Good pay, extremely rewarding. As an apprentice I learned so much about the line. Highly recommend

Cons

You have to have a willingness to learn, beyond busy services, high levels of demand on yourself physically and mentally. Conflict and improper communication can occur like any where but management always willing to work it out with you

Pros

Friendly staff... My word minimum is 20 and I find it very difficult to say great things about working here

Cons

Staff is treated as if they are disposable, cutting schedules is often to common, Too many Managers on the floor and lack of communication. What makes this place is the under appreciated staff, God bless their soul for coming into work everyday to the most dysfunctional restaurant in the business that will only look great on your resume...Run as fast as you can from this place.

Pros

Extremely friendly staff, a couple of good managers. Beautiful venue, great name for your resume. They have decent celebrity clientele.

Cons

Where to start. I have years of experience as a server and they had me start as a server's assistant and then proceeded to hire another girl as a server. On my first day, another employee was crying about not making enough money and never being moved up from a server's assistant to a server. All employees dress the same, so customers can't tell the difference between servers and servers assistants. The menu is large and fairly generic, the other servers could tell me very little about the menu I was working with. I left when I was offered a server position at another restaurant. I received a w-2 from Mercer Kitchen, but never got a paycheck from them. They also haven't returned my phone calls or emails about resolving this matter. It's been 2 months now.
