      Low stress working environment, no overtime.

      Cons

      There is no growth or development plan for developers, while we see directors and managers gaining new titles an responsibilities year after year.

      Amazing Workplace.

      Super fun teams, little pressure for deadlines - more work at your pace. Lots of creative freedom when building.

      Not much of cons tbh, just some things could be a little bureaucratic.
