- the Expats brought in to lead the products are so dependant on the local subordinates it’s a wonder why maxis is paying so much for these expats who don’t bring any value and just push others without giving proper direction
- processes that are put in place are supposed to help product managers but instead make product managers the sole contributor to all process for products launches including owning the sales numbers - why have solutions sales, sme sales, gov sales and Corp sales then
- toxic working environment in enterprise as most of the emmt, ie heads in Ent, do not get along and have no synergy - to each his own
- maxis buys companies and then stifles those companies with its processes and ridiculous expectations
- the chief of enterprise business is so aloof and stuck up and doesn’t greet any of his employees when he meets them
- all and all a “great” working place
