      Pros

      Generous PTO and good overall benefits package. Community stewardship.

      Cons

      High stress and an unmanageable workload with poor work-life balance. Management expected to be available during PTO and holidays. There's no clear career progression framework, no transparency about salary ranges for each position, and promotions are applied inconsistently and unfairly.
