You are able to pick up shifts as you please. You feel like you are making a difference.
Cons
Managers are inappropriate and take advantage of the system. Can be a brutal work environment.

Building is lovely Equipment is good Food was good
Cons
Was so much better when the Sisters of charity worked there. It was personable and caring. Now its only financial! Pay is low.
