      I've worked at Maple for 3 years, and one of its strongest qualities is its people—collaborative, kind, and purpose-driven. The culture is supportive and high-trust, and there’s a lot of room for ownership and growth. It’s a great place to learn quickly and work with genuinely great people!

      Cons

      Pay isn’t competitive with other tech companies, and workloads can be heavy during high-growth periods. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity and change.

      Pros

      I lead a small team at maple and have always felt trusted to make decisions and build the function in a way that works best for our goals. Leadership is accessible and open to feedback and the culture is genuinely kind and team first. People work hard but also look out for each other which makes a big difference.

      Cons

      We are still a growing company so not everything is buttoned up. You have to be comfortable with some ambiguity and take initiative to get things done.
