Great people, real culture, leadership that actually cares

Pros

The people and culture are the real standout. The Barcelona office is multicultural, collaborative, and there's a genuine "win together" mentality. Every Friday the whole office comes together to wrap up the week with shoutouts, which sounds small but really does bring everyone together. The company also puts effort into events and moments that actually matter. Leadership is connected too. A moment that really stood out for me was when our CEO Jenni visited Barcelona and held an open Q&A, and she knew everyone by name. That says a lot about the culture from the top down.

Cons

This is a high-performance environment, and the bar is set high. That's energising if you're driven and ambitious, but it's worth being honest with yourself before joining, not everyone will thrive here. If you prefer a more relaxed pace, it might not be the right fit.

Pros

You do meet some genuinely good people here. Some of the colleagues are friendly, supportive, and trying their best within a difficult environment. That was honestly the main positive experience for me.

Cons

This is my first time ever leaving a Glassdoor review, and I’m only doing it because I genuinely want to help people who may be considering joining this company. If you are already having doubts before joining, trust your instincts. The culture is extremely toxic and the company presents itself very differently during the hiring process compared to the reality once you join. There is little to no real flexibility despite hybrid working being mentioned. Management style is poor, communication is inconsistent, and there is a serious lack of support for employees. Training is weak and feels rushed, expectations are unrealistic, and there is very little structure in place to actually help people succeed. One to one meetings and proper coaching were practically non-existent during my experience. Instead of developing staff, the environment often feels fear driven and reactive. The way people are dismissed is also handled very poorly and lacks professionalism or empathy. There is very little sense of stability, growth, or genuine investment in employees. The company tries to present itself as far more established and organised than it actually is internally. In my opinion, the product itself is also not strong enough to justify the level of pressure and culture that employees are expected to tolerate. I’m not writing this out of bitterness. I’m writing this because I wish someone had written an honest review before I joined.

Pros

The team is genuinely very nice, good company for your CV if you have zero experience, good onboarding and you'll learn the basic sales skills

Cons

I don't really know where to start... - The environment is definitely very stressful and the management and leadership will put a lot of pressure on you as they only care about their targets (targets do not consider market size, economy, TAM, or any other market conditions...they are basically the same for everyone and therefore feel unrealistic) - Management and leadership is only recruited internally. Therefore, managers do not have experience with leading teams and in my experience you can feel that everyday in how situations are handled - Especially if you work for a smaller market your earning potential is quite bad. They tell you great things about the bonus model and that you can potentially earn a lot if you reach targets but that does not apply to you especially in smaller markets. You will have to work harder than anyone else, are under a lot more pressure, and will earn less as well - The business model itself is a great idea and I think it's valuable. However, the execution is questionable in my opinion: It's all about quantity and numbers here and no one cares whether your work has higher quality. Therefore, I feel that all the growth they tell you about here is not sustainable because no one actually takes the long term perspective into consideration, it's just all about hitting quotas, targets, and fast growth which then leads to declining numbers eventually - I've experienced lack of transparency and felt like I was being misled about salaries (e.g. I was told it's impossible for me to find a better paying job in Finland while I was even earning less then my colleagues that do the same job) - I have experienced questionable and unprofessional behaviors of managers during company trips that made me uncomfortable I was scared to give honest feedback or improvement suggestions since I started working here. In my experience, concerns were often dismissed or framed as my responsibility, and at times I felt that raising criticism led to negative reactions and had a negative long term impact - The people who speak daily with clients and know how to improve the service or know what's really going on in the markets are not included anywhere. Decisions are made without even considering asking the people who are closest to clients - It's almost impossible to get a raise here, even if you step into roles like team manager or similar. The only thing that comes with promotion is more pressure and more work
