Management Events interview questions

Interviewed for the position twice for the position in the autumn and was rejected. Was contacted again by them at the beginning of December, since the position was open again, conducted two more interviews with senior and direct managers, conducted a case, and finally gave multiple references. I was informed that they had gone with another candidate, only to discover that they'd immediately posted the same position again. The chaotic nature of the recruitment process, with repeat contacts, incorrect documents sent, and misleading communication, leads me to question the professionalism of the organisation as a whole.

3 interviews in total : first one with the HR, second one with the customer delivery director and then finally a role play with the sales director with a sales manager
