Pros

You can earn a OK salary if you are good.

Cons

If you expect a salary of for example 30,000 kroner you will probably get between Kr 15,000 and (if lucky) Kr 25,000! They owe both my girlfriend and me a lot of money. Haven't even got my holiday pay. The boss/team leader is the most unexperienced man I have ever met. We have tried to call him for almost a year, and we have even been at the office many times, sent email etc. but it's impossible to get in touch with the company. The office was also horrible, I can't imagine that the office was even legal.. So our advice: Stay far away from this horrible company!

Pros

Co-workers are of the social and outgoing types. I had a great boss/team lead, but I know workers at other locations who thought their team lead was terrible. If you're a good salesman/woman, you can get a good amount of money for a job with no prerequisites.

Cons

You get a base salary, plus commission for each sale. And almost every month, accounting tries to pay you less commission than they owe you. You need to keep proof of every sale and contact accounting to get your correct pay.
