      Pros

      Since the moment I first was interviewed by Josh, to the year that followed, my experience is that Magic has a super friendly yet professional atmosphere, everyone works remotely (so they're very adept in this work style), the staff are highly capable, work/life balance is highly valued, and the CEO gives company updates to all staff on a regular basis, like wow... Most CEO's I know couldn't even be bothered. This place is amazing. Anyone who says otherwise would be way out of left field.

      Pros

      >Good work schedules. >Casual work environment. >Office is conveniently close to public transportation options and parking spaces. >Loads of restaurants and cafes in the area

      Cons

      >Poor management. >Company goes through employees fast. >Not organized. >Company provides no formal training: upon hiring, entry-level employees are forced to figure out everything on their own. Training period is supposedly 2 - 4 weeks, but has been reduced to a 40-minute video explaining the history of the company. Given that the programs used and the job itself are quite unique, one would hope that something would be explained to them. >Superiors offer hardly any guidance to the employees yet expect you to know everything right away.
