      Did not see any benefit.

      Cons

      1) Typically Lala company not a MNC. 2) Work culture is very bad 3) Expectation is to stay at least 10 hours office. 4) Its an issue even if you take on an avg 1 leave per month. 5) Don't want to expand more than 20 people. 6) No Vision

      Pros

      if you just want to get a job and earn good money this company is for you. small company, so your performance will get noticed and accordingly you will get good increments. People are friendly especially the Project Manager.

      Cons

      -Very bad work culture -No development work, only support and maintenance work on products -Technically you will not grow .(not good for future perspective) -The chairs are around 20 years old. you wont feel comfortable on sitting. -Flexi timings (but if you come 15 min. late in the morning , your 1/3 leave will get deducted even if u stay 2 hour extra in the evening) -Dumb people are made senior software engineer whose technical knowledge is less than a fresher. - . you need to call HR for casual leaves instead of calling your TL or PL. - HR is unprofessional and always try to run away from their responsibility. -They want you to stay till 9 PM in the nights.

      Manager and Tl will support you always.

      Cons

      Infrastructure is very old. My house is far better then this. Only one toilet for 30 men's. HR will manage your projects not manager or TL. Every Friday or school holiday MS technology is kids school. Dominated people. They don't want to grow up. Minimum 2 years of contract. Never recommend for fresher or experience.
