      Cons

      1) Typically Lala company not a MNC. 2) Work culture is very bad 3) Expectation is to stay at least 10 hours office. 4) Its an issue even if you take on an avg 1 leave per month. 5) Don't want to expand more than 20 people. 6) No Vision

      The pay is excellent and the staff at M.S. Tech are very nice to be around.
