Pros
if you just want to get a job and earn good money this company is for you. small company, so your performance will get noticed and accordingly you will get good increments. People are friendly especially the Project Manager.
Cons
-Very bad work culture -No development work, only support and maintenance work on products -Technically you will not grow .(not good for future perspective) -The chairs are around 20 years old. you wont feel comfortable on sitting. -Flexi timings (but if you come 15 min. late in the morning , your 1/3 leave will get deducted even if u stay 2 hour extra in the evening) -Dumb people are made senior software engineer whose technical knowledge is less than a fresher. - . you need to call HR for casual leaves instead of calling your TL or PL. - HR is unprofessional and always try to run away from their responsibility. -They want you to stay till 9 PM in the nights.
