      Pros

      Supportive of what happens in your home life, as long as your work is completed. Family focused company, which I believe boosts the moral of it's empoyees.

      Cons

      There is a lack of communication. When projects are being completed, there is very little communication with those waiting for an update on the task.

      Pros

      You will never feel bored here. There is a lot to do! People are, in general, friendly.

      Cons

      It isn't uncommon to see people within the family or "higher ups" to advance in their careers very quickly. Management needs formal training.

      Family orientated, caring culture with a strong work/life balance. Internal growth and development is supported and highly encouraged!

      Cons

      Every job has "cons". Lube-Tech has fewer than most.
