      Pros

      You will never feel bored here. There is a lot to do! People are, in general, friendly.

      Cons

      It isn't uncommon to see people within the family or "higher ups" to advance in their careers very quickly. Management needs formal training.

      Pros

      Great benefits! Ample PTO, Day 1 medical coverage, 401k with match, profit sharing, yearly performance based raises, teammates are very knowledgeable in their areas, well maintained fleet of vehicles, friendly culture with numerous events held for employees, opportunities to do community volunteer work.

      Cons

      Management plays musical chairs, not much oversight on the day to day operations until something goes wrong, suggestions to management often go unheard, habitually under staffed, painfully slow interviewing and on boarding process,
