      The worst decesion I took till date to join Logic Square

      Pros

      Each and every month you'll get the salary.

      Cons

      There is no structure, no HR nothing. For all the cases you directly talk to the CEO and solving employee's problem is "ENTERTAINING" to him. He is a super moody person like school kids. There is no so called client base. In frontend and backend team there is no PROPER senior resource or lead developer. Management gives the designation randomly, experience doesn't matter there. Basically there is no logic in Logic Square.

      5 day working. (2 wfo, 3 wfh) A laptop to wfh.

      Cons

      *very toxic staff, yes i’m talking to you. *heavy work load. *hiring process is very bad. they offers bonus and everything but they don’t give. *congested office area. Because of two companies working under same roof. yes, their second company’s employees also be working with you and trust me they are very disturbing.

      since it is a ongoing startup company so you will get lots of opportunity to learn different technology as they have less number of people to handle all the projects.

      Cons

      1>Read all terms and condition carefully before joining this company as a intern if you have any doubt then clarify that over mail with hr/founder since they have 6 month working boundation after internship (but they did not do any kind of legal documentation but they will not pay you the salary if you leave the job) 2>You will not get your salary on time. 3>they dont have any management the founder himself doing the whole management staff 4>No project manager will be there to clarify the whole staff from the client again the founder himself doing the project management also. so basicaly the founder himself feels as a multitasker hahahahaha.

      We are a small team and everyone shares multiple responsibilities. Please do let me know of any grievances you have I am not aware of any salaries being with-held without cause.
