      Pros

      The flex time is one of a kind and the people are incredible. Lots of opportunities to grow if you are in the right department.

      Cons

      Will move your agreed upon work place of over 4 years to Camden NJ and management will not work with you for a department transfer plan. Dont bother paying into ASPEP union unless you need tuition reimbursement.

      It seems there are more technical jobs at smaller defense firms (Require specialized knowledge from math, physics, engineering, etc.). For instance, jobs involving the use of numerical methods, solid state physics, or CFD in day-day tasks.
