      constant flow of work with varying difficulty levels, stakeholder engagement flexibility, etc.

      Cons

      lower range in salary and compensation, typical corporate responses to how they're trying to compensate for your high demand skillsets yet HR refuses to give you raises and promotions just on formality

      Talented teammates Growth opportunities Great hours, very flexible Lots of independence, you get what you put into it

      Cons

      Depends on team but culturally not a lot of effort is made to make the team feel closer together during remote work era of covid, I feel this is really up to management to lead the way and create structured time for social interaction Can feel siloed at times, and working fairly independent from other teammates
