Pros

Supervisors were great at Listen-2-Me, but they left. Pay is decent.

Cons

The CEO has terrible leadership skills and the upper management is terribly organized. Despite the good pay, I hated working here.

Pros

The BCBA I worked with was amazing. She has moved onto a better company now.

Cons

This company is a joke. If you criticize management or the CEO, they will retaliate against you and push you out of the company. Many of the criticisms I stated were based on ethics of care, lack of trainings, and little to no resources. This has happened to several employees who have called out the CEO. Many families wait months for therapists, and the CEO won't let them go since he wants as much money as he can get. HORRIBLE communication and it will take weeks to get anything done. NO trainings whatsoever, despite working with a vulnerable population. They put employees on intense cases even if you have little/no experience which has lead to many severe injuries that they do not care to address. CEO is a narcissist and needs his license taken away!

Pros

I am unaware of any pros

Cons

If you're thinking about applying to Listen-2-Me...RUN FAST! It should say a lot that I lasted only ONE day at this company before I submitted a resignation effective immediately. I know I dodged a bullet working at this agency after I raised concerns of illegal labor practices (not compensating employees for drive time between clients) to the CEO (Albert) and being met with condescension. The CEO claims there are no other agencies like Listen-2-Me, however, that is untrue. RBTs and BCBAs seeking a company that is ethical, BCBA owned, strives for quality and compassionate care, supports staff, and is receptive to feedback you need to look elsewhere. Trust me, you do not have to look far for these things. It is blatantly obvious that the stellar "employee" reviews written are fictitious and created by the CEO because there is no constructive criticism given. The CEO is an egotistical maniac who cares more about the image of his company than taking care of his staff and client families. No ABA agency is perfect but this one is so far from even being a bearable place to work at. Cons: Management, Unpaid drive time, Lack of support, Not receptive to staff feedback
