"Too good to be true" kind of a job

Pros

With a lot of jobs, you can feel that — even within the first month — there's an expiration date. In contrast, my job at Limble is one of those jobs you hear your friends talking about that sounds too good to be true — one where I know I could be comfortable for a good long while. A few things that Limble offers: - Generous pay, bonuses, and retirement benefits - An inclusive, motivating, all-in-this-together culture - Professional development and career growth opportunities - Annual company retreat (with people you actually want to be around) - "Psychologically safe" (read: it's okay to leverage creativity, take calculated risks, be a person, take care of yourself and your family, etc.) I'll be honest, I'm not usually one to "drink the koolaid" when it comes to company culture. Too often it comes that sort of thing, it's often contrived and all for show. When it comes to company culture, Limble puts its money where its mouth is, and the koolaid is worth drinking. (I was not offered any incentive to say these nice things. They're just true).

Cons

The only thing I'd say where there's room for improvement is with health insurance benefits. The premiums are a big high (especially if you have a family). That said, Limble has been transparent about working toward big improvements in the coming year.

Pros

Used to have a great group of people with potential to advance your career. Pay in certain positions isn’t horrible. Decent company trips, but those are starting to be limited as well

Cons

Rapidly changing, but not prepared for it. Recent layoffs of 20% of their workforce. Trending downwards since certain executives have been brought on in the past year or so. CEO has lost control and is now passing stress onto both management and employees. Less selling now, so company meetings have become unpleasant. Would recommend avoiding until executive change occurs. Lack of trust from top to bottom. Career advancement potential is near zero now.

Pros

Whether my experience was good or bad, I’ve got to give it to Limble CMMS—they’ve got a great product. If they’re not the best on the market, they’re definitely one of the top.

Cons

This company has zero consistency. Our KPI metrics were constantly changed, and the quotas were unrealistic. When you have over 20 SDRs and only two of them hit quota, call me crazy, but the problem isn’t the sales team. Training was nonexistent, and the promised leads? Also nonexistent. For example, the outbound team was promised 200 good leads a month but never received them during the 11 months I worked there. Then, when people finally started doing well with their own prospecting, they took that away from us too. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
