      Stay Away! Toxic Evironment. Extremely Unsupportive Management

      - Allowed me to work remote.

      Cons

      Account Management Manager & Leadership has no idea how to lead and train new employees. It was a pathetic and hostile work environment. Every 1-on-1 I had with management turned into a quiz/test atmosphere and overall it was a hostile non collaborative work environment. There are people that have worked their for years prior to multiple acquisitions and they stick together and not allow employees in. The expectations for new employees is ridiculous. The diversity amongst sales team and leadership is also non-existent. They will call themselves "Family" - big red flag. Stay away if your looking for an organization with growth opportunities, stability, and a team atmosphere.

      If you're considering this company, be warned: behind the façade of growth lies a dysfunctional organization riddled with poor leadership, favoritism, and internal chaos.

      Pros

      - Easy to get hired here. Ever since the merge, reference check is lacking. - Healthcare benefits is decent. - Lots of roles are available because of the rotating door.

      Cons

      - Chaos, lack of structure and communication. - Poor leadership. - HR is threatening, they are in the midset of "be thankful you have a job." - Most employees are underpaid. - Multiple businesses merged with no clear vision. Most of the owners of these merged companies are still there and all operate differently. Very challenging to get them on the same page. - Company makes a lot of promises but lacks the follow-through - Rotating door, too much churn and the company isn't addressing the main issue (Toxic environment). - More employees are leaving.
