Stay Away! Toxic Evironment. Extremely Unsupportive Management - Account Manager LightBox Employee Review

Account Management Manager & Leadership has no idea how to lead and train new employees. It was a pathetic and hostile work environment. Every 1-on-1 I had with management turned into a quiz/test atmosphere and overall it was a hostile non collaborative work environment. There are people that have worked their for years prior to multiple acquisitions and they stick together and not allow employees in. The expectations for new employees is ridiculous. The diversity amongst sales team and leadership is also non-existent. They will call themselves "Family" - big red flag. Stay away if your looking for an organization with growth opportunities, stability, and a team atmosphere.
