      - nice, friendly, hard-working people - focus on personal and professional development - relatively transparent about everything

      Cons

      - the company has become significantly less focused on listening to employees' opinions and concerns, esp. when it comes to efficiency and logistical problems - they changed up the benefits, which are now much worse and have severe implementation issues
