There are opportunities to learn under the right boss.
Cons
But the opportunities come at a huge cost. Long hours for weeks, pointless night meetings (this is not the norm in other firms...) and a workaholic for a boss who believes you should spend all your time during weekdays and weekends at work. There are many other opportunities to learn out there, while being able to live a balanced life. I would not recommend choosing this firm.
