Pros
Management is very approachable, will always listen to what you have to say. I put myself forward for training and I was given a huge amount of support with an outside consultant. Love the team I work with, everyone is a grafter, everyone gets on very well and there is a great day to day working environment. This is not the place to work if you aren't used to working on your own imitative and helping your team when they are busy.

Barry's tea in canteen, prefer Lyons. :)

Fast Paced, Bespoke Products, Everyday a different Challenge, Great People, Management are fair and straight talking.
Cons
Very Busy Work Environment which is not for the faint hearted.
