Pros

I genuinely cannot think of a single pro that outweighs the dysfunction of this company.

Cons

Poor Leadership & Management – Decision-making often lacks insight into billing and operational challenges, leading to inefficient workflows and avoidable claim denials. Management does not always take input from specialists seriously. Lack of Respect for Employee Expertise – Employees with specialized knowledge (e.g., billing, software support) are frequently overruled by managers who lack technical understanding, causing repeated mistakes and inefficiencies. Low Pay & Minimal Raises – Compensation is below market value for specialized roles, with little room for meaningful raises despite increased responsibilities and contributions. Lack of Career Growth – No clear path for advancement, even for employees who take on additional responsibilities beyond their job description. Poor Work-Life Balance – While the company expects high levels of dedication, there is little recognition or incentive for going above and beyond. Disorganized Communication – Information is often siloed, leading to miscommunication, duplicate work, and a lack of clarity on processes. Resistance to Change & Improvement – Attempts to implement process improvements are often met with resistance, leaving employees stuck working inefficiently. High Turnover – Many employees leave due to burnout, frustration, or feeling undervalued, leading to a constant cycle of training new hires. Toxic Workplace Culture – Leadership’s dismissive attitude toward employee concerns creates a work environment where issues go unresolved. Lack of Transparency – Employees are not given a clear picture of company finances, policies, or decision-making processes, leading to a sense of instability.
