There is a great variety of clients who come to Language Essentials for help. Even though the company is primarily serving the pediatric population, there are some opportunities to work with young adults up to geriatric clients as well. There is constant opportunity for observation and collaboration between therapists even if they are not at the same location. Staff plans get togethers outside of office hours, which are fun and increase the connection/relationship between staff members. The company offers profit sharing, which means the more clients you help, the more money you can make.

Language Essentials doesn't offer OT services at all locations. There has been some turn over of staff.
